The Steamboat Neighborhood Logo Art

In 2012, the Griffin Neighborhood Association asked local graphical artist Bryan Douglas to create a distinctive piece of artwork which could be used in a community-building project funded by the Griffin Neighborhood Association. The original idea, inspired by GNA Board member Missy Watts and the work of Harvard professor Robert Putnam, was to help to build a sense of community by making available to local residents a free sticker. The sticker would identify vehicles driven by folks living here in the area.

Mr. Douglas has released his copyright to his work and the Steamboat Neighborhood logo is now licensed under Creative Commons and is available for use by individuals or businesses. Under this license, you are free to Share - to copy, distribute and transmit the work and to make commercial use of the work. You do not need to attribute the work to the author.
